Sales Specialist - Financial Services

About the role

A leading multinational insurance organization is looking for ambitious, relationship-driven professionals to join as Financial Services Consultants in Jal El Dib, Lebanon. This is a client-facing sales and advisory role focused on building relationships, understanding clients' financial protection needs and providing suitable life insurance and financial solutions. No previous insurance experience is required; structured training, mentorship and ongoing professional development are provided.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of clients
• Identify clients' financial protection and long-term planning needs
• Present suitable insurance and financial solutions
• Develop new business through networking and prospecting
• Provide ongoing client service and follow-up
• Work toward defined sales and performance objectives

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ambitious, self-motivated and results-oriented
• Professional and client-focused
• Experience in sales, banking, real estate, hospitality, customer service or similar fields is an advantage
• Official Bac II certificate required; a Bachelor's degree is an advantage
