Sales Agent - Insurance

About the role

Fidelity Insurance, established in 1967, offers a wide range of insurance products for corporate and retail clients. It is looking for a Sales Agent for a full-time hybrid position based in Jal El Dib, with the option to work from home part of the time. The agent identifies prospective clients, explains insurance products and recommends tailored coverage for individuals and companies.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients in person and virtually, conduct needs assessments and prepare quotations
• Follow up on leads and renewals
• Maintain accurate records in company systems and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
• Take part in ongoing training and stay up to date on product changes

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills, and solid sales and insurance skills
• Openness to continuous learning and ability to adopt new products and processes
• Relevant experience in insurance, financial services or consultative sales is highly beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
