About the role

Les Amis Boutique is looking for a passionate Boutique Manager to lead its Verdun store. You will be responsible for delivering a high‑touch, luxury shopping experience while driving sales and maintaining the brand’s elegant image.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate store staff to provide exceptional customer service.
• Achieve sales targets and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Enhance the client experience through personalized service and prompt issue resolution.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure the boutique’s presentation aligns with brand standards and values.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 3‑5 years of retail management experience in a luxury environment.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Customer‑centric mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
