Product Manager – Canon, Epson, HPI

About the role

CIS Group, an ICT company based in Jal El Dib, is seeking a proactive Product Manager to lead its relationships with Canon, Epson and HPI vendors. The role focuses on driving engagement, channel development and revenue growth for the Africa Distribution team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual business plan for the product portfolio.
• Drive vendor engagement and expand channel partnerships.
• Establish local channel terms and conditions aligned with group financial guidelines.
• Manage forecasting, inventory levels and profitability targets.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing commercial team.
• Ensure market expansion, contract continuity and optimal time‑to‑market for resources and technology.
• Implement robust sales management and forecasting processes to deliver predictable revenue and cash flow.
• Coordinate a yearly calendar of planning sessions, business reviews and sales calls.
• Provide mentorship, training and professional development for team members.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in distribution of printers, consumables or UPS (Canon, Epson, HPI, Vertiv).
• Recent relevant certifications.
• Based in Lebanon and willing to travel as needed.
