About the role
Lead and grow a new agency within a top‑performing insurance branch, overseeing a team of consultants in Lebanon.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, train and develop a team in the financial/insurance planning industry.
- Provide field support to team members on a regular basis.
- Manage performance and mentor supervised consultants.
- Grow a team of 6‑10 consultants to eventually become a branch head.
Required profile
- Sales management experience.
- Business owner mindset.
- Age between 28‑40 years.
