About the role

LAMCO is seeking motivated Outdoor Sales Representatives to expand its market presence across every district in Lebanon. The role focuses on building new commercial relationships, maintaining existing accounts, and driving product adoption through direct field engagement.

Key responsibilities

Identify and prospect new B2B customers in target industries.
Conduct regular on‑site visits to strengthen client relationships and ensure high retention.
Present technical product benefits and negotiate commercial terms.
Achieve defined sales metrics and quarterly revenue targets.
Plan and optimise territory routes for efficient coverage.

Required profile

Proven experience in field sales, B2B account management, or commercial distribution.
Strong negotiation abilities and high autonomy.
Willingness to travel extensively across Lebanon.
