About the role
Les Amis Boutique is seeking a passionate and experienced Boutique Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure a high‑touch luxury experience for clients. The role combines team leadership, customer service excellence, and meticulous store presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate store staff to deliver high‑quality customer service and uphold boutique standards.
- Drive sales performance and achieve defined targets.
- Enhance the shopping experience through personalized service and prompt issue resolution.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cleanliness, and organization.
- Monitor sales data, prepare performance reports, and implement improvement strategies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 3‑5 years of retail management experience in a luxury environment with a proven track record of leading teams and achieving sales goals.
- Customer‑centric mindset, ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting, and passion for luxury retail.
