Outdoor Sales Representative – Cosmetics & Personal Care

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Salesperson role supports Lexy Cosmetics and its partner brands in the Keserwan area, visiting pharmacies, nail bars, salons, spas, and cosmetics stores to present products and secure orders.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and present products to pharmacies, nail bars, salons, spas, and cosmetics stores.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new sales opportunities.
• Ensure product visibility at points of sale and organize in‑store displays.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the marketing team on promotions.
• Provide market feedback to support brand strategy.
• Prepare basic reports on sales activities, targets, and customer interactions.

Required profile

• Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to build professional relationships.
• Basic knowledge of cosmetics or personal care products and willingness to learn.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Comfortable with frequent travel within Keserwan; a car is a must.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different customer environments.
• Previous retail, field sales, or cosmetics promotion experience preferred but not mandatory.
