Outdoor Sales - Beauty Stores (Beirut)

About the role

A full-time, on-site salesperson is needed to support Lexy Cosmetics and its partner brands (Lexy x thebootyrepublic x hola x jsmn) in the Beirut area. The salesperson visits pharmacies, nail bars, salons, spas and cosmetics stores to present products, explain their benefits and secure orders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new sales opportunities
• Ensure product visibility at points of sale
• Organize displays and monitor stock levels
• Coordinate with the marketing team on promotions and give feedback from the market to support brand strategy
• Handle basic reporting on sales activities, targets and customer interactions

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, field sales or pharmaceutical/cosmetics promotion is preferred but not mandatory
• Comfort with on-site work and frequent travel within the Keserwan area; a car is a must
• Ability to work independently, show initiative and adapt to different customer environments

Required skills

• Strong sales and customer service skills, with good communication and presentation abilities
• Basic knowledge of cosmetics or personal care products, with willingness to learn about nail care
• Good organization and time management to plan visits, track leads and meet targets
