Outdoor Sales Executive – Field Sales Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Sales Executive to develop and manage relationships with barbershops, salons, and beauty businesses across the territory from Beirut to Batroun. The role involves frequent field visits, opening new accounts, presenting professional grooming products, and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to barbershops, salons, and beauty supply stores within the assigned territory.
• Prospect new customers, introduce the product range, and open B2B accounts.
• Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and applications to drive orders.
• Generate sales orders and achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage existing accounts to encourage repeat orders and long‑term relationships.
• Handle pricing discussions, objections, and negotiations professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, orders, prospects, and sales activity.
• Provide regular sales updates and reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of field or B2B sales experience, preferably in FMCG, beauty or grooming products.
• Proven ability to prospect, open new accounts, generate orders and build long‑term relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Possess a personal car and be available to travel throughout the territory.
• Based in Beirut, Keserwan, Jbeil, Batroun or surrounding areas and able to work full‑time Tuesday‑Saturday, 10 am‑7 pm.
