About the role
Spectra Solutions is seeking motivated professionals to join its Kaslik office for evening shifts (4 PM – 12 AM). The positions cover operations management, client account handling, compliance monitoring, and administrative support, all aimed at delivering excellence across the company’s core functions.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, streamline workflow processes, and drive team performance (Operations Manager).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and support business growth (Account Manager).
- Monitor company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards to guarantee full compliance (Compliance Officer).
- Support day‑to‑day office activities, manage critical documentation, and keep internal administrative processes running smoothly (Administrative Officer).
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience for the Operations Manager role.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience for Account Manager, Compliance Officer, and Administrative Officer roles.
- Strong motivation, reliability, and ability to work the specified evening shift.
