Odoo Sales Consultant

About the role

Azkatech, an Odoo Gold Partner serving companies across the Middle East, Africa and Europe, is looking for a consultative Sales Consultant in Beirut. The consultant identifies business opportunities, understands client challenges and positions Odoo ERP as a solution to improve efficiency, visibility and growth. The role suits candidates with 1-5 years of experience, including junior and mid-level applicants.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, events and digital channels, and build a healthy sales pipeline in the CRM.
• Research target accounts and decision-makers, and generate qualified meetings and discovery sessions.
• Understand customers' processes, challenges and objectives, run discovery workshops and advise on ERP best practices and digital transformation.
• Deliver product demonstrations, work with Business Analysts and ERP Consultants on tailored solutions, coordinate proof-of-concepts and present implementation approaches, timelines and expected ROI.
• Prepare proposals, scope documents and quotations, lead negotiations and follow up until deal closure.
• Build long-term relationships, ensure a smooth handover to implementation teams, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on Odoo developments, AI trends and competitor activity, and share market insights with management and delivery teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Accounting or a related field.
• 1-5 years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong English (written and spoken) and excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate with CEOs, CFOs, Operations Managers and business owners.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.

Nice to have

• Sales experience in ERP, SaaS, software or IT services.
• Knowledge of business processes such as accounting, inventory, manufacturing, CRM, HR or procurement.
• Experience with Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or NetSuite.
• Experience in the Middle East or African markets.
