Medical Representative - Beirut-Hamra

About the role

Julphar is looking for a Medical Representative for the Beirut-Hamra area. The role promotes the company's products and services to healthcare providers, acting as a trusted advisor and helping them make buying decisions through therapeutic solutions that meet their needs, while keeping the company's image and professional ethics.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets within agreed budgets and timescales.
• Develop and manage an assigned sales territory and execute the sales and marketing plan.
• Implement the territory coverage plan, including the number of sales calls and visit frequency.
• Deliver customer-centric activities and organise audio-visual events for healthcare providers, in coordination with the direct manager.
• Maintain records such as daily reports, customer profiles and marketing feedback reports, and submit daily and monthly reports to the direct manager.
• Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables, and attend company meetings regularly.
• Keep up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company and present it to health professionals.
• Monitor competitors' sales and marketing activities and stay informed about local health services.
• Use promotional tools and free medical samples effectively, and proactively seek new business opportunities.
• Build the required skills, knowledge and attitude with the direct coach.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a related science.
• At least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical field.
• Preferred language according to the country's business needs.
• Ambitious, dynamic and team player, persistent, dedicated and self-motivated.
• Positive mindset and willingness to learn.

• Excellent oral and written communication, listening and persuasion skills.
• Time and territory management skills.
