About the role

BCTS, a growing player in the food and retail sector, is looking for motivated professionals to join its team across several functions. The company offers opportunities in warehouse management, key‑account sales, junior accounting, and general sales across locations in Lebanon.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and logistics coordination.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, negotiate contracts, and drive sales growth.
• Process accounting entries, support accounts payable/receivable, and assist with month‑end closing.
• Visit clients, generate new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets in assigned territories.

Required profile

• Previous experience relevant to the specific role (warehouse management, sales/account management, or accounting).
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities for supervisory positions.
• Customer‑oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Valid driving license is an advantage for field‑based roles.

Required skills
