Lighting Operations Officer – Interior & Lighting Division

About the role

The Lighting Operations Officer will support the interior and lighting division in Lebanon, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, inventory control, and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Support the lighting department in achieving sales and operational targets.
• Monitor stock levels, prepare order requests, and coordinate approvals.
• Verify invoices and update ERP systems for accurate codes, pricing, and timing.
• Follow up on production and assembly schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, accounting, and sales teams for seamless order execution.
• Track client orders and provide proactive updates to the Lighting Sales Manager.
• Oversee the CRM system to resolve customer service tickets efficiently.
• Issue weekly reports on order status, fulfillment, and department performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related technical field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role, preferably with lighting or interior design exposure.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ERP systems (especially sales modules).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
