About the role
Fidelity Insurance and Reinsurance is expanding its sales team and is looking for motivated Life Sales Consultants. You will build a strong client portfolio and grow within a reputable insurance organization.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and engage new clients
- Recommend insurance solutions based on detailed needs analysis
- Strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients
- Ensure consistent follow‑up and portfolio management
- Represent Fidelity Insurance professionally in the market
Required profile
- Sales experience with a results‑oriented approach
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Team‑oriented mindset with high personal accountability
- High school diploma required
