Life Insurance Specialist

About the role

The Life Insurance Specialist will work full‑time on‑site in Beirut, meeting prospective and existing clients to assess their protection needs and recommend suitable life‑insurance solutions. You will guide clients through the entire sales cycle, from initial consultation to policy issuance and renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to evaluate life‑insurance needs.
• Prepare proposals, illustrations and explain policy features and benefits.
• Assist clients through application, underwriting and policy issuance.
• Follow up on leads, maintain accurate client records, and ensure timely renewals.
• Collaborate with internal teams, attend sales meetings and training sessions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes and product developments.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of life‑insurance products and ability to explain them clearly.
• Proven experience in insurance sales or related financial‑services sales.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation with empathy and relationship‑building skills.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of finance to support client decisions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple client cases.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Beirut with a proactive, goal‑oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in insurance or financial services is preferred; relevant diploma or degree is an asset.
