Life Insurance Agent – Sales & Client Relations

About the role

Securite Assurance is seeking a motivated Life Insurance Agent to join its sales team in Lebanon. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, assessing their financial needs, and delivering tailored life insurance solutions while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective clients to promote life insurance products.
• Evaluate clients' financial situations and insurance requirements to recommend appropriate coverage.
• Manage the complete sales cycle—from consultation and quotation to application submission, underwriting follow‑up, and policy issuance.
• Maintain ongoing relationships through regular follow‑up, policy reviews, renewals, and after‑sales support.
• Assist clients with policy updates, general inquiries, and claims‑related guidance.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to portfolio growth and client retention.
• Uphold information security policies, protect confidential data, and report any security incidents promptly.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in life insurance sales or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities with a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Professional, trustworthy, and results‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• English proficiency (oral and written).
