Key responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients through research and outreach in the targeted market.
• Generate leads and close deals.
• Prepare and send quotations and proposals.
• Answer customers’ concerns and queries.
• Negotiate sale agreements.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
• Assist with sales reports, CRM updates, and administrative tasks.
• Provide weekly reports and attend internal meetings with management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Self‑starter with a passion for sales and excellent communication skills.
• 2‑3 years of experience in facility management is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
• Own a personal car.
