Insurance Sales Specialist

About the role

Dalal & Partners Insurance Agency, a Fidelity Insurance point of sale in Lebanon, is hiring a full-time, on-site Insurance Sales Specialist in Beirut. The specialist identifies client needs, presents suitable insurance products and closes sales across health, motor, life, property and travel lines.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients, follow up leads and conduct consultations
• Prepare quotes and explain policy coverage, exclusions and benefits clearly
• Support clients with renewals, endorsements and basic claims guidance with the brokerage team
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and meet individual and team sales targets
• Collaborate with colleagues and partner agents while upholding regulatory and ethical standards

Required profile

• Strong insurance sales and brokerage skills, with a solid understanding of insurance and health insurance products
• Proven customer service, relationship building and negotiation ability
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field preferred; insurance certifications are an asset
• Good English, with Arabic and/or French highly beneficial
• Ability to work on-site in Beirut
