Account Executive - UAE Market (Beirut)

About the role

Massyve, a digital growth company combining marketing, technology and AI, is hiring an Account Executive for its UAE market. The role manages and grows a portfolio of UAE clients and acts as the main point of contact for relationship management and account development. It is a full-time, on-site position based in Beirut.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities, qualify leads, prepare proposals and present tailored growth solutions across Massyve's technology and marketing services.
• Collaborate with strategy, marketing and product teams to turn client needs into actionable projects, ensure timely delivery and keep clients satisfied.
• Conduct market and competitor research and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Forecast revenue and give regular performance updates to internal stakeholders.
• Engage UAE-based prospects and clients through virtual and in-person meetings to build long-term partnerships.

Required profile

• Strong account management and client relationship skills, including multi-stakeholder engagements and long-term partnerships.
• Proven sales and business development experience: lead generation, opportunity qualification, consultative selling and closing B2B deals.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and growth disciplines such as brand positioning, performance marketing, SEO, social media and lead generation.
• Understanding of digital products like websites, SaaS platforms, mobile apps, e-commerce solutions, AI tools and automation systems.
• Experience working with or selling into the UAE market, with familiarity of regional business culture.
• Ability to work on-site in Beirut, collaborate in cross-functional teams, manage several accounts at once and prioritize effectively.
