About the role

We are seeking an Insurance Sales Specialist to join Fidelity Grow Academy’s Client Advisory & Sales team. In this role you will help individuals protect what matters most by providing tailored insurance solutions and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their personal and financial needs.
• Recommend insurance products that align with clients’ goals and circumstances.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships rather than focusing on one‑off transactions.
• Achieve sales targets while upholding a client‑first mindset.
• Collaborate with mentors and peers to continuously improve advisory skills.

Required profile

• Strong active‑listening abilities and genuine desire to help people.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a client‑facing role.
• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑first attitude.
• Sales or financial‑services background is a plus, but character and ambition are essential.
