Indoor Sales & Online Sales Representative

About the role

Join Rezlan Home, a leading Lebanese home‑decor brand, as an Indoor Sales Representative in Beirut or an Online Sales Representative in Saida. You will be the face of the company, helping customers discover premium bedding, home accents and bathroom accessories, either in‑store or through digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and well‑presented sales area, set up product displays and receive stock from the warehouse.
• Welcome and assist customers, identify their needs, and guide them to suitable products.
• Provide detailed product information, advise on offers, discounts, payment and exchange policies.
• Communicate with online customers via social media and the company website, track orders from placement to delivery, and gather feedback.
• Execute marketing plans, suggest improvements, and submit monthly reports on customer needs and sales performance.
• Monitor security risks, handle theft situations, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build trust and recommend products.
• Good communication skills, both face‑to‑face and online.
• Team player who can contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Attention to detail for maintaining store presentation and handling order processes.
