Head of Sales - Forex

About the role

A growing online forex and CFD trading company, offering traders access to global currency, commodity and index markets, is looking for an experienced Head of Sales to build and lead a new sales department in Beirut. The role includes recruiting and managing the team, and calls for a proven portfolio and track record in the industry.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate the forex sales team to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop new sales team members as the department grows
• Define the sales strategy, targets and performance KPIs for the department
• Bring in and develop forex clients using an existing network and portfolio
• Monitor team performance, pipeline and conversion rates and report results to management
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with traders and clients
• Ensure the team complies with company policies and applicable financial regulations
• Work closely with marketing, compliance and operations to support growth

Required profile

• Proven experience in forex sales within the brokerage or trading industry
• Documented portfolio and track record, such as clients managed, deposits generated or revenue targets achieved
• Previous experience leading, managing or building a sales team
• Fluent in Arabic and English
