Fresh Graduate Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Fresh Graduate Account Manager to join our Beirut office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be the first point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, helping them onboard, use our A2P SMS and routing services and achieve their communication goals.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and support onboarding processes.
• Prepare basic performance reports and track traffic volumes, rates and service quality.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and participate in internal meetings and training.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Analytical mindset with comfort working with numbers and basic data analysis.
• Interest in telecom, cloud communications or related technologies.
• Organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, IT or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Fluency in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
• Motivation to learn, openness to feedback and ability to work collaboratively on‑site in Beirut.
