Field Sales & Onboarding Champion

About the role

We are looking for dynamic Field Sales & Onboarding Champions to drive the launch of our digital distribution platform in the pharmacy channel across several regions in Lebanon. You will act as the face of OK Distribution, presenting our app to pharmacists and guiding them through the onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Visit a predefined list of pharmacies in your territory to pitch the OK Distribution app and onboard new customers.
• Deliver clear, persuasive presentations of the digital platform and address customer questions and objections.
• Accurately update and maintain the CRM system with daily activity data.
• Serve as the trusted point of contact for pharmacists, coordinating with the in‑office Customer Support team to ensure high satisfaction.

Required profile

• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer‑care skills.
• Strong marketing mindset with the ability to pitch ideas and handle discrepancies.
• Own a reliable personal car for daily territory coverage.
• Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools.
• Experience in sales, promotions, or customer relations is a plus.
