Educational Sales Representative – English Market

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Educational Representative to promote and sell our English-language educational products and services to schools, colleges, language centres and other institutions across Lebanon. You will be the primary point of contact, building relationships and driving market penetration.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential and existing customers in the education sector.
• Generate leads, build a sales pipeline and convert prospects into customers.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and workshops (training provided).
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and maximise revenue.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity and market conditions.
• Maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers and influencers.
• Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with managers on marketing, product development and support.
• Gather and maintain accurate market data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Education, Management or a related field.
• 0‑5 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to manage time and stress effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
