Sales & Customer Specialist – Beauty Devices

About the role

OroSkin is looking for a Sales & Customer Specialist to handle inbound leads via WhatsApp, calls, email and Instagram, advising customers on beauty devices and converting inquiries into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads across multiple channels and close sales.
• Advise customers on the best device for their skin, hair and routine.
• Resolve order issues, returns and warranty cases efficiently.
• Follow up with past customers to upsell additional devices.
• Utilise and improve existing sales and customer service playbooks.

Required profile

• Genuine knowledge and passion for skincare and beauty products.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
• Strong written communication skills for WhatsApp messaging.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone all day and motivated to achieve sales.
• Customer‑facing experience preferred; attitude matters more than CV.
