Educational Representative (French)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Educational Representative who will promote and sell our educational products and services to schools, colleges, language centres and other institutions across Lebanon. The role focuses on expanding market penetration, building a strong sales pipeline and maintaining lasting relationships with key decision‑makers in the education sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target prospective and existing educational customers, generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and workshops, with training provided by experts.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and maximise revenue.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity and market conditions to uncover new opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with managers on marketing, product development and support to align sales efforts.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups, understand curriculum requirements and advise customers on suitable solutions.
• Collect and maintain accurate market data and reports.
• Travel across the Lebanese territory, visiting clients and educational sites as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in French Literature, Education, Management or a related field.
• 0‑5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the education sector.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to manage time and stress effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
