About the role
GTS provides professional customs brokerage services, ensuring smooth and compliant import and export procedures across Lebanon. The Customs Clearance Expert manages customs declarations, ensures regulatory compliance and coordinates with customs authorities and government agencies.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Lebanese customs regulations.
- Prepare and submit customs declarations.
- Coordinate with customs authorities and inspection agencies.
- Review shipping documents and HS classifications.
- Resolve customs-related issues and delays.
- Maintain accurate customs records and documentation.
- Advise clients on customs procedures and requirements.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of Lebanese customs regulations.
- Minimum 4 years of customs clearance experience.
- Experience with customs declaration systems.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
