About the role
GTS provides global air freight solutions through a network of airlines and logistics partners. It is looking for an experienced Air Freight Manager to lead its air cargo operations, overseeing import and export air freight, airline partnerships, pricing strategies and operational performance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop relationships with airlines and global agents.
- Manage daily air freight operations.
- Negotiate competitive freight rates.
- Supervise shipment bookings and documentation.
- Monitor operational KPIs and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with international air cargo regulations.
- Lead and develop the air freight team.
Required profile
- 3+ years of air freight experience.
- Strong understanding of IATA regulations and airline operations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong commercial and analytical abilities.
