Procurement Specialist

About the role

Beesline is hiring a Procurement Specialist to support its sourcing operations and make sure materials, services and supplies are procured efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Support procurement strategies to optimise cost, quality and delivery
• Coordinate with suppliers: sourcing, evaluation and performance follow-up
• Assist in negotiating contracts and securing competitive terms
• Analyse purchase requests, issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
• Monitor procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Help manage supply chain risks and ensure continuity of supply
• Ensure compliance with company policies and keep accurate records
• Prepare reports on spend analysis, supplier performance and savings
• Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth procurement operations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain
• Good knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
• Negotiation, analytical and organisational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
