Country Accounting Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Country Accounting Manager to join our fast‑growing organization in Beirut. The role focuses on improving financial performance, reducing request‑for‑information (RFI) rates, and ensuring accurate reporting across the country’s finance and accounting functions.

Key responsibilities

• Take actions and decisions for Finance & Accounting (F&A) production teams to boost performance and lower RFI.
• Analyze KPIs and requests from the Agency Finance team.
• Organise internal meetings with production teams to improve KPI levels and reduce RFI.
• Coordinate with Delivery Managers on trainings and onboarding for new joiners.
• Provide first‑level control and analysis to avoid back‑and‑forth with agencies on BS & P&L variations, cost allocation, finance reporting, consolidation packages, and bank reconciliations.
• Validate treasury reporting, produce financial statement appendices, and supervise statutory audits.
• Ensure direct contact with suppliers and internal Group stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance & Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar accounting/finance management role.
• Based in Beirut, Lebanon.
