About the role
We are looking for a motivated self‑starter to be the frontline voice of Nutrili, a fast‑growing wellness brand. The Community Manager & Customer Service Specialist will handle all customer interactions across phone, email, chat, WhatsApp and social media, ensuring every contact receives a warm, supportive and informative experience that reflects our brand values.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls, provide product information, order support and general assistance.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, WhatsApp and other messaging platforms.
- Process returns, exchanges and coordinate requests with internal teams.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and ensure timely follow‑ups.
- Troubleshoot common issues related to orders, product usage and website navigation.
- Manage and engage the online community on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms.
- Reply to comments, DMs and mentions using a brand‑aligned tone.
- Monitor social conversation trends, activate polls, Q&A sessions and flag high‑value insights for marketing and product teams.
- Use CRM platforms and social media tools to track workflows, report sentiment trends and collaborate with fulfillment, marketing and content teams.
Required profile
- Customer‑obsessed, energetic and highly skilled communicator.
- Motivated self‑starter who can represent the brand across multiple channels.
- Excellent knowledge of Nutrili’s product range, usage guidelines and brand philosophy.
- Ability to maintain brand standards for clarity, friendliness and credibility.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms.
- Experience using social media management tools for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, email and live‑chat communication channels.
