Communications & Account Executive

About the role

KristiesLab, a strategic marketing, communications and experiential agency, is looking for a Communications & Account Executive to manage day‑to‑day client account activities, PR, influencer campaigns and internal marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily client communication, prepare meeting agendas, minutes and status reports, and track action items.
• Assist in creating press releases, captions, talking points and briefing documents; coordinate content calendars and ensure timely delivery.
• Draft and send press materials, maintain media lists, coordinate press event logistics and prepare coverage reports.
• Manage influencer briefings, content submissions, performance tracking and reporting.
• Write first‑draft briefs, coordinate with creative, digital and production teams, and flag potential delays.
• Support business development by preparing proposals, presentations and case studies, and help maintain KristiesLab’s own content calendar and social media.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in account management, communications, PR or marketing, preferably in an agency.
• Strong writing and speaking skills in Arabic and English (French a plus).
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and the Lebanese media and influencer landscape.
• Comfortable with client contact and on‑ground event participation.
