Communications & Account Manager

About the role

KristiesLab, a strategic marketing, communications and experiential agency, is looking for a Communications & Account Manager to oversee client accounts from brief to final report and to lead the agency’s own marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for multiple client accounts, leading onboarding, briefing, kick‑off meetings and regular status reviews.
• Develop integrated communications plans covering PR, marketing, influencers, digital and content, and write key messages and brand narratives.
• Prepare and approve client content, advise on platform timing and campaign ideas, and manage influencer campaigns including briefing, content review and performance tracking.
• Plan and execute PR outreach, press releases, media kits, and maintain strong relationships with journalists and editors.
• Coordinate internal teams, issue briefs, run kick‑off meetings, track deliverables and prepare status reports and client presentations.
• Guide and manage Communications & Account Executives, and contribute to business development and new‑business pitches.
• Plan and run KristiesLab’s own marketing, content calendar, social media, PR and partnerships, reporting on results.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in account management, communications or integrated marketing, preferably in an agency.
• Strong knowledge of Lebanese and regional media and influencer landscape.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (French a plus).
• Excellent writing and presentation skills for briefs, recaps, proposals and pitches.
• Proven ability to manage several client accounts simultaneously and guide junior team members.
• Comfortable working on‑ground during events and launches.
