Client Success Manager (CSM) - Digital Payments

About the role

The Client Success Manager (CSM) will act as the trusted advisor for strategic enterprise clients in the digital payments space, guiding senior executives through product implementations and business transformation initiatives. This on‑site contract role focuses on driving adoption, commercial growth, and long‑term value for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post‑sale point of contact and build trusted relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain Client Success Plans, define measurable outcomes, and track progress against KPIs.
• Maximize product utilization, identify optimization opportunities, and surface qualified sales leads for expansion.
• Monitor onboarding and implementation progress, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and act as escalation point for critical issues.
• Analyze client performance trends, provide data‑driven recommendations, and support retention and growth.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in payments, banking, financial services, FinTech, consulting, or client success/relationship management.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects, coordinate matrixed teams, and deliver results within tight timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field (Master’s preferred).
