Cash Van Sales Representative

About the role

The Cash Van Sales Representative sells consumer‑goods products directly from a company‑owned van, visiting door‑to‑door, street and market locations. The role combines field sales, inventory management and payment collection to meet sales targets and expand distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and transport consumer‑goods products along established routes, ensuring product availability in the van at all times.
• Execute the approved sales cycle, follow up with clients, and promote products to increase sales.
• Perform inventory checks at client sites and within the van to identify missing items and replenish stock.
• Recruit new clients in the assigned area to broaden coverage.
• Monitor client statements with the Receivables, Credit and Control Unit, and collect invoices promptly.
• Analyze competitor behavior and adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Technical Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in the consumer‑goods industry, preferably in traditional trade.
• Fluent Arabic; knowledge of French and English is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and selling abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High ethical standards and ability to take responsibility for the van and its inventory.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
