Car Spare Parts Counter Representative

About the role

This full-time, on-site position in Beirut involves assisting customers at the car spare parts counter. You will help identify, select and purchase the right automotive parts while ensuring a smooth, friendly experience.

Key responsibilities

• Check stock availability and prepare quotations for customers.
• Process orders, returns and coordinate with the warehouse for timely delivery.
• Handle in-person and phone inquiries, explain product features and advise on compatibility.
• Maintain organized inventory records and update the system regularly.
• Support sales activities, meet upselling targets and follow company policies and safety standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer-service orientation with clear communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of automotive spare parts and basic vehicle systems.
• Experience in retail or automotive parts sales, preferably with vocational or technical automotive education.
• Ability to work on-site in Beirut and manage a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
