About the role
We are looking for an experienced Call Center Agent to join our growing team in the beauty and medical aesthetics sector. The role involves handling customer communications across phone, WhatsApp and other digital channels while supporting our digital campaigns and operational flow.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Manage customer interactions via phone, WhatsApp and other digital communication platforms.
- Provide information on services, schedule appointments, promote offers and conduct follow‑ups.
- Follow established operational workflows and maintain high service‑quality standards.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic and solution‑oriented approach at all times.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of proven call‑center experience.
- Experience in beauty, medical, healthcare or aesthetics industries is a strong plus.
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) and basic English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively.
- Comfortable learning and using CRM systems and other digital tools.
- Flexible with working hours and operational schedules.
- Customer‑centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
