About the role
This part‑time position supports the call centre team during the evening shift, handling inbound and outbound communications with patients and ensuring high‑quality assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls from patients and address their requests promptly.
- Make outbound calls using approved scripts and follow established protocols.
- Assist patients by providing high‑level services and exceeding their expectations.
- Schedule, manage, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments.
- Review daily tasks, communications, and pending follow‑ups to ensure completion.
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails, process faxes, and forward information as needed.
- Prepare and send reports to the manager and escalate urgent cases.
- Perform any other tasks requested by the manager.
Required profile
- Fluent in French and English.
- Available 2‑3 days per week (Monday–Friday) from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
