Business Development Manager / Sales (FX)

About the role

Ultima Markets is a multi-asset trading platform offering CFDs on Forex, Commodities, Indices and Shares, serving clients from 172 countries and regions. It is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the FX industry to join its team in a full-time, remote capacity. The role involves identifying and targeting high-value potential clients, building and nurturing strategic relationships, negotiating contracts and driving business growth. Mid-level and senior professionals are welcome; the exact title depends on experience, client portfolio and track record.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential high-value clients in the FX sector
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and client base
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Lead contract negotiations, securing favourable terms while keeping customers satisfied
• Work with sales and marketing teams to align business development with market trends
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and meetings
• Manage and report on the sales pipeline, client feedback and growth metrics to senior management

Required profile

• Proven business development and sales experience in the FX industry (minimum 2 years)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• For senior level: minimum 5 years of experience, an existing book of clients, leadership and strategic thinking, and a track record of revenue growth and meeting sales targets
