About the role

Marie France is recruiting Sales Ladies for its retail team across several stores in Lebanon. The ideal candidates are motivated, presentable and customer-oriented, with previous sales experience, excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well within a team.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist them throughout their shopping experience
• Present and promote products to customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Provide professional customer service and respond to inquiries
• Maintain product displays and keep the sales area organised
• Support daily store operations and help achieve sales objectives
• Work with team members to keep a positive shopping environment

Required profile

• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Presentable and professional appearance
• Good customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Willingness to work full-time, 6 days per week, 8 hours per day
