Beauty Advisor Supervisor – Retail Team Lead

About the role

The Beauty Advisor Supervisor leads and develops a team of Beauty Advisors across assigned retail locations, driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and maintaining brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with Beauty Advisors to gather feedback and provide guidance.
• Monitor sales KPIs, analyze results, and implement action plans to meet targets.
• Schedule and track attendance, ensuring market presence.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate Beauty Advisors on sales techniques and customer service.
• Conduct disciplinary actions when necessary and support performance reviews.
• Coordinate activities with the Brand Manager and suggest improvements.
• Prepare commissions and manage counter quality standards (displays, hygiene, lighting, promotional materials).
• Monitor competitor activities and forecast staffing needs.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning for the sales team.
• Ensure operational excellence, stock availability, merchandising, and promotional execution.
• Prepare daily sales and target reports for management.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading retail sales teams, preferably in beauty or cosmetics.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret KPIs and market trends.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Ability to enforce brand standards and operational policies.
• Organizational skills for scheduling, reporting, and inventory oversight.
