Beauty Advisor – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

The Beauty Advisor will deliver personalized customer service and build lasting relationships to meet sales targets. Acting as the main representative of the brand, you will guide clients through product selections and promote new offerings across our stores in Hazmieh, Achrafieh and Dbayeh.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and recommend suitable beauty products.
• Introduce and promote new products to drive sales.
• Organise and display merchandise attractively.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish as needed.
• Report on sales trends, best‑sellers and slow‑moving items.
• Ensure sales targets are achieved and manage promotional activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree in Cosmetology or a recognised beauty certification (preferred).
• Minimum five years of experience in a similar beauty‑advisor or retail sales role.
• Fluency in Arabic, French and English.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
