About the role
The Luxury Retail Sales Associate at BeytMod works full‑time on‑site in Dbayeh, delivering a premium shopping experience across a portfolio of statement brands.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers, identify needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Manage the full sales cycle: present products, process transactions, and drive upselling and cross‑selling.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure stock organization.
- Handle customer inquiries and service issues while collaborating with team members to meet sales targets.
Required profile
- Proven retail sales track record with ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Previous experience in luxury or fashion retail, preferably with international or lifestyle brands.
- Professional appearance, attention to detail and willingness to work weekends, holidays and shifts as needed.
