Account Manager – Clinic Solutions

About the role

LeadRx is seeking an Account Manager to own clinic accounts from post‑sale onboarding through launch and ongoing growth. You will ensure inquiries are answered quickly, conversations turn into bookings, patients attend appointments and the clinic team effectively manages the pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding calls, gather service details, pricing guidance, booking processes, escalation rules, FAQs and access to inbound channels and calendars.
• Set up shared communication channels, introduce client and internal teams, and verify AI agents are trained, tested and integrated before launch.
• Monitor the first 14 days intensively, reviewing conversations, booking flow and escalations on a daily basis.
• Lead weekly client calls using a structured framework, review key metrics (reply, booking, show‑up rates, pipeline progression, closed treatments) and address bottlenecks.
• Run broadcast campaigns, maintain an accurate client health score and promptly escalate problem accounts.
• Analyse agent conversations weekly for accuracy, tone, objection handling and hand‑over quality, flagging items for retraining.
• Coach clinic teams on system adoption, including CRM updates and proper use of booking tools.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret pipeline and performance data.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Experience managing client accounts or in a client‑success environment is preferred.
