Account Executive – Insurance Sales

About the role

Rock Mutual Insurance is seeking a full‑time Account Executive to join its Beirut office. In this client‑facing position you will act as the primary contact for policy inquiries, renewals and coverage adjustments, while driving new business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients, handling policy questions, renewals and coverage changes.
• Identify client needs and present suitable insurance solutions, preparing accurate quotations.
• Prospect and acquire new business, building long‑term relationships with brokers, agents and partners.
• Collaborate with underwriting, operations and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Meet or exceed sales and retention targets set by the company.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with brokers, agents and clients.
• Strong multitasking ability with a focus on meeting deadlines.
• High attention to detail for accurate documentation and record‑keeping.
• Analytical mindset to resolve inquiries and complaints professionally.
