Wholesale Sales Representative

About the role

Modessa Couture, an international eveningwear brand, is expanding its wholesale network and seeks a driven Wholesale Sales Representative. You will act as the brand’s ambassador, building and nurturing relationships with boutiques, retailers, and wholesale partners worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new wholesale clients across fashion and retail sectors.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts, reactivating dormant partners where appropriate.
• Conduct outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and CRM tools.
• Present collections, pricing, and terms to prospective buyers.
• Manage negotiations, order follow‑ups, and ongoing account communication.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
• Research new markets and potential retailers for business development.
• Collaborate with operations and management to ensure smooth onboarding of wholesale accounts.
• Represent Modessa Couture at client meetings, presentations, trade shows, and industry events, traveling internationally as needed.
• Provide regular updates on sales activity, pipeline development, and results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development, wholesale, or account management.
• Background in fashion, luxury, eveningwear, or apparel is strongly preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English with confidence communicating with international decision‑makers.
• Highly proactive, results‑oriented, and comfortable initiating new business conversations.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills.
• Professional presentation and ability to represent the brand confidently.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the wider team.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
