About the role
The Warehouse Manager oversees the daily operations of the warehouse in Badaro, Beirut, ensuring that all inbound and outbound activities are performed accurately, efficiently, and safely. This role coordinates closely with Sales, Logistics, Purchasing, and Finance to guarantee timely order fulfillment and optimal stock control.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify documentation, and record items accurately.
- Organize storage locations, maintain warehouse layout, and apply FIFO/FEFO principles.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring correct items and quantities.
- Prepare packing lists for export shipments and label cartons appropriately.
- Monitor warehouse capacity, identify space‑utilization improvements, and keep the facility clean and safe.
- Coordinate with relevant departments on damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
